Return and Refund Policy

Iowa Custom Cabinetry warrants its cabinetry to be free from defects in material or workmanship for ten (10) years from the purchase date. Iowa Custom Cabinetry warranties the product for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.  Iowa Custom Cabinetry may use discretion to determine whether replacing or repairing the product is necessary.

This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening of wood color, the inherent growth characteristics or variation of wood. Some replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from the original product purchased. This warranty does not cover damage, or defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration. This warranty does not cover problems caused by improper installation.  Normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

All orders cannot be canceled once it has entered production. Please make sure to note any damages to a product on the product invoice list upon receipt of delivery.
